He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and took the time to walk us through the siding options and explain the process without any pressure.Dustin, the project manager, kept everything organized and running smoothly. Communication was great throughout the project, and he made sure everything stayed on schedule and was done properly.Dave and the installation crew did outstanding work. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail really stood out, and they kept the work area clean and professional the whole time. We were very happy with the services provided, from the original contact with Jason when we did the walk down of the work that we wanted done he was very professional and upfront with us. He went out of his way to explain everything in detail and provided different options. The work was to replace all of the soffit, facia, downspout and to install leaf guards. There was never any time where we felt pressured.The installation project manager Dustin and the crew lead Dave we're also very professional as well. Dustin called the week prior to give us a preliminary window and also called the night before the work started. He gave us a heads up that they would like to park their work trailer and scrap dumpsters in the driveway. Dustin was here every day and made himself available for any questions that we had.The work crew was very respective of the area where they were working. None of my landscaping were damaged and the site was cleaned up every day before they left. The crew lead Dave made sure that before his crew left on the last day that I walked down their work making sure that there wasn't any issues or problems before they were done and removed their work trailer.All in all we were very satisfied with every aspect of the work performed. I would have them come back again for any new project that we would have. In fact they are doing some work at my son's and daughter in laws home.

I had a very unique roofing situation. A LARGE 15 year old, Amish-built cupola that I placed above my detached garage rotted and posed a potential water damage risk to the interior of my garage since the roof was open so that you could get up into the cupola. I could not find anyone to remove it and close the opening until I saw the McClellands advertisement during a Steelers game.Jason Miller prepared a fair estimate for the work and Jason, Nathan, Nick and Ben did a great job removing the cupola and closing the opening in my roof.Thanks guys for a great job done well.Very much appreciative of your fast service as the rainy season is quickly approaching.Now, I need to decide whether I am going to get a new cupola or just redo the roof and leave as is.

My recent experience with McClellands exceeded my expectations. They installed our roof 2 years ago and they were the first I called to handle our new siding. Jason was an excellent sales rep to work with, and explained all of the options we could install. His expertise helped us decide on the perfect option. Dustin was our PM and his communication was awesome. He walked us through the process of install and confirmed the scope of work to be done. He was on site and made sure that everything was done properly. The team of installers lead by Ezekiel took great care of our home and their craftsmanship was second to none. Another job well done by the McClellands team and highly recommend them!

After several calls and a few no shows from other contractors, McClellands came through with a fair price and realistic time schedule. They were respectful of our property and did an amazing job repairing the roof. We plan to have them do a roof replacement on another property and will make them our first call for other jobs as should you.

McClellands did an excellent job with our total house exterior update. Rick was extremely knowledgeable and easily answered any questions we had. He was patient with helping us make color selections for the siding and roof and explained each step of the process in detail to us. Nick made scheduling simple and set up easy. David's crew was professional and tidy when working and always showed up on time to complete the job. I would definitely recommend this company for any future projects.

Contracted with McClellands to do a total exterior facelift of my country home. Roof, siding, windows, doors and downspouts. Home was originally a half-log siding with full log corners. The team completed an entire overhaul of the home in a period of 2 months. All materials and products that were suggested in the initial proposal process turned out to be even better than I originally expected. Every member of the team was easy to work with and johnny-on-the-spot with any fixes or alterations that needed to be done as the project progressed. All the project leaders were always available, courteous and knowledgeable of all the nuances expected with such a large undertaking. Rick - Sales Nick/Ryan - Project Management Rob/Jason - Project Supervisors Dwayne/Anderson/David/Bill/RJ - Installers Project came in on budget and on time even with a number of changes that were made on my part throughout the process. Everyone really knew their job and demonstrated a level of professionalism I come to expect as a former business and construction company owner myself. Rob Stevens went above and beyond the call of duty. He went out of his way to adjust his schedule to address our siding issue. We needed to have a piece of siding reconnected and Rob delivered. I was overall very pleased with the decision to work with Mcclellands roofing. I had received 5 seperate estimates for the roof and they came right in the middle of the other estimates. I at first was interested in them because ironically we share the same last name (coincidentally not related). The estimates I received from other companies were totally predatory, coming in over double the price, and then were able to cut the price almost in half, which I didn’t respect. I knew instantly those companies were trying to take advantage of potential clients, and had very high pressure sales people. When Brooke came over to provide me an estimate, she gave me a price that was right in line with what I was expecting to spend, and provided me with the information to help allow me to make my decision, instead of trying to pressure me into a sale. As far as the actual work, I also was very pleased. Instead of doing 3 feet of ice and water shield (industry standard) , they did 6, and around all freeze points, which I was very happy with. I had a situation on my roof where a sloped section runs right into my chimney, which created a section that water would just pool. They ended up creating a kicker right there to remove that possibility of that water pool forming. This wasn’t previously discussed, but once they started the work, they recognized the potential issue and took action to address it, which I also highly respected. Vince was the project manager that I worked with and helped the project run as smoothly as possible, was attentive to all details, and easy to communicate with. I also was impressed with the workers, working together like a finely tuned machine, you could tell they knew what they were doing and had a good chemistry. Also leaving the job spotless once leaving is always a plus. I would/will highly recommend this company.

I had an excellent experience from estimate, to proposal, to schedluing, to execution. 5 star service from Rob and Rick who always had time for me and showed up with a plan. My new roof looks amazing and no corners were cut. In the process of selecting a company to replace my roof, I met with 5 different businesses that each offered comparable services. 4 of them had a few things in common. They wanted me to pay more than what my research showed fair market price was, they all had excuses for why my job wasnt typical, and none of them respected my time by overstaying appointments. McClellands Roofing did none of this. They showed up, on time, talked to me for 10mins about what I wanted, priced the job in 15mins, and I had a proposal later that evening. They support ACH payments which is very convinient and their deposit fees are reasonable. Couldn't have been a better experience.
