From the first meeting with the estimator BRETT who’s very knowledgeable, informative and helpful and to the installation manager NIK who oversaw the whole project and timely answered any questions we had, not only during the working hours, but also in the evening!!! Had my Chimney crown cap removed and replaced. WILLY, the estimator, came within a day of my quote request, made his assessment, and provided a quote within 24 hours. He was very professional and knowledgeable. DAN, the repairer and installer, was at our home within 2 weeks. He, too, was prompt, courteous, and professional. Had a great experience with the entire McClellands team. I got my roof replaced along with gutters and gutter guards. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and had the project completed in a day. I heard horror stories from colleagues and family about having their roof replaced and finding nails and other hardware all over their driveway and yard. I was very happy to find the team did an amazing job cleaning up and I didn’t hardware on my property.

We had a great experience. Rick Dunder was our salesman. He showed up on time, was prepared, and followed up with us in a timely fashion. The sales process was straightforward and there were no games which was very refreshing. Rob was our Project Manager. He had all the materials needed for the job was very communicative. Willy Wade came out to do an estimate for me on some chimney pointing. Very professional, the best part was he was very up front and honest with what he could and could not do. But what he did do shocked me, I had the cap off of my chimney blow off during a storm a month back and even though he had to steer me in a different direction with the issue he came out for, he put the cap back on for free!!! I will be calling Willy back for some work in the near future.

Reached out to McClellands to fix flashing and a gutter issue that resulted in a small leak from work done by a roofing company that failed to stand behind their work and wouldn't call me back. The initial appointment process was very easy with great follow up and details as to what to expect. My job was quoted and scheduled within a reasonable timeframe and the crew came out on time to complete the fixes. The work was minimal and completed within at least an hour. The team was courteous, treated my property with great care and explained what they found and what the plan was to correct it. The payment process was simple as well and I have not had any issues with my gutter or flashing since the work was completed.
