Jacki Cannizzaro, the Chief Operating Officer of McClellands Contracting and Roofing, has 12 years of experience in roofing and exterior remodeling. Her expertise spans the entire process, from scheduling new customer appointments to overseeing production through invoicing and customer satisfaction. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company and focuses on enhancing workflows and communication across various departments and divisions.

On a personal note, Jacki enjoys spending time with her family, including her two boys, and holds a degree as a Registered Nurse.

Amanda Boyd is an accomplished Executive Assistant at McClellands Contracting and Roofing, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to her role. Since joining the company in July 2023, Amanda has demonstrated exceptional versatility and commitment, progressing through various positions including Administrative Scheduler, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and Exterior Quality Assurance Manager. In her current capacity, she provides comprehensive support to the executive team, ensuring seamless operations and contributing significantly to the company’s success.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Amanda enjoys hiking and camping adventures with her boyfriend. She cherishes quality time with her children and takes great joy in being a grandmother to her adorable grandson.

Lisa Walker is a seasoned business professional with a background in customer service, financial operations, administration, and business management. She has a proven track record across small business development, higher education, real estate, accounting, and retail management.

Currently, Lisa is an Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist at McClellands Contracting and Roofing, where she optimizes financial processes, client relations, and business operations. Since 2016, she has also worked as a licensed REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Real Estate, guiding clients through real estate transactions, contract negotiations, and market analysis.

Previously, Lisa was the Business Manager for Duquesne University’s Small Business Development Center, overseeing financial operations, grant management, payroll, reporting, and small business consulting, while supporting entrepreneurs in their ventures.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys biking, fitness, real estate, baking, rollerblading, gardening, reading, and dancing.

Ashlei is an experienced Accounts Payable professional with a strong background in financial management, vendor relations, and process optimization. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Ashlei has developed expertise in invoice processing, reconciliation, expense reporting, and compliance with financial policies.

Known for attention to detail and efficiency, Ashlei excels in streamlining accounts payable workflows, implementing automation tools, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. She has a deep understanding of financial software such as QuickBooks, Excel and Microsoft Office. She is skilled in managing large volumes of transactions while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Throughout her career, Asheli has worked closely with vendors, internal departments, and accountants to support financial operations and enhance reporting accuracy. Her proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to financial integrity make her a valuable asset to our team!

When not managing financial transactions, Ashlei enjoys fitness, boxing, coaching, hiking and traveling.

Hello my name is Rick Dunder and I am a Sales Manager at McClellands Contracting & Roofing, your go to contractor in Pittsburgh. I have been in the trade in one way or another for over 30 years and carry a wealth of personal experience from being a contractor, retail, and distribution in the construction industry.

I started my construction career with my Father’s company Rick Dunder Construction building new homes, renovations, and general contracting. I worked with him from 1995 – 2009. In my career I ran and finished over 150 new homes from start to finish and completed many additions and remodeling projects.

I moved into retail sales and estimating materials for contractors as a sales specialist for Lowes from 2009 -2012. When I left the company I was the number one salesman in our district of 10 stores.

In 2012, I moved into outside sales position for ABC Supply in Carnegie, PA. This allowed me to make connections in the Pittsburgh market. My stay was only 18 months with the company but in the short amount of time I was the number one salesman out of 4 stores for ABC Supply in the Pittsburgh market.

My next move in 2013 was to Burns & Scalo Roofing. I was added to their team as a residential sales estimator and began my rise to the ranks of top salesman in the Pittsburgh market. I was with the company until early 2017 and sold over $5.5 million in my time with the Burns & Scalo Roofing.

I decided to join the team at Ireland Contracting in 2017 and was a leader in growing and expanding their operations and sales in the Pittsburgh market over the next 5 plus years. I sold over $18.5 million in my career with the company.

In 2022 I was approached by Brock McClelland about taking a job with his company and after a 2 hour heart to heart meeting decided to make a move believing in his vision and drive to grow and expand his already reputable business. I agreed to help form the foundation to expand and grow the company. I have played various roles in the company over the last 18 months but at the end of the day I am a team player and do whatever is needed to help the company move forward. I decided to step back from full time sales in 2025 and take a part time sales manager job to help the other members of our sales team to succeed in helping the company to grow and expand. My personal agenda is to always help others first from our customers, to our co-workers, and our crews. If I put my focus there first I have found that I will have success and blessings in my life.

I am proud to be part of the team here at McClellands Contracting & Roofing. We have doubled the company every year for the last 2 years and we have become your go to contractor in the Pittsburgh market.

Peter A. Couper is a dedicated leader with extensive experience in ministry and software testing. From October 2016 to June 2023, Peter served at Heart of the Father Ministries in Rush City, Minnesota, where he focused on establishing and unifying relationships, pursuing revival, and maintaining office management and financial accountability. He also led missionary assignments to East Central Africa, providing training to pastors and leaders in Tanzania and India.

He played a foundational role at breakthrough ministries in Apple Valley, Minnesota where he served from September of 2009 to August of 2017. He oversaw operational sustainability, promoted transformation, and discipleship for one of Minnesota's largest homeless ministries by laying a strong foundation which helped the ministry grow promoting transformation and discipleship emphasizing street evangelism and outreach to the homeless.
Peter also co-founded Breakthrough Ministries in Apple Valley, where he served from September 2009 to August 2017. He oversaw operational sustainability, promoted transformation and discipleship, and emphasized street evangelism and outreach to the homeless.

In addition to his ministry work, Peter has significant experience in software testing at Digital Technology International in Roseville, Minnesota. He evaluated and tested software programs to verify that they functioned according to specifications and standards. Peter created and maintained test plans, monitored day-to-day operations, and provided work direction to the Circulation QA team. He also trained internal staff on new functionality and features for online systems.
Peter holds a BA in Leadership in Ministry from Ohio Christian University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and an AAS in Information Management Systems from Dunwoody College of Technology. He has been involved in various communication and leadership roles, including church planting, revivalist work, and conference speaking.

At McClellands Contracting and Roofing, Pete is guided by our T.I.E.D. values—Teamwork, Integrity, Excellence, and Discipline—he oversees interior operations, scheduling, and quality control, ensuring every step of the renovation process runs smoothly. He works closely with Interior Project Managers, Estimators, and a trusted network of licensed tradesmen to provide a seamless, professional experience from consultation to final walkthrough.

Nick Slattery brings 15 years of comprehensive experience in both residential and commercial interior and exterior construction to his role as Interior/Exterior Operations Manager at McClellands Contracting and Roofing. A skilled carpenter by trade, Nick oversees the daily operations of the production teams, ensuring seamless project execution.

His primary focus is maintaining the company's high standards in customer communication, scheduling, craftsmanship, and overall quality. Nick plays a crucial role in driving McClellands’ commitment to providing 5-star service.
Beyond his professional life, Nick enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter. He also has a passion for traveling the country and exploring various collectible items.

Justin Balobeck serves as the Repair Operations Manager at McClellands Contracting and Roofing, a leading roofing and remodeling company based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. With over 20 years of experience in the roofing industry, Justin has been an integral part of the company since its inception, contributing his extensive knowledge and expertise to ensure top-quality repair services.
Beyond his professional commitments, Justin finds joy in spending time in nature with his girlfriend, embracing the tranquility and beauty of the outdoors.
