1. Agreement to Terms

2. Appointment & Communication Policies

Estimates: All estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. An estimate is not a binding contract until a formal agreement is signed by both parties.

3. SMS/MMS Program Terms & Conditions

This section includes the mandatory language required by mobile carriers and The Campaign Registry (TCR) for 10DLC compliance under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices.

Program Description

When you opt in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number from McClellands Contracting and Roofing LLC. These messages may include:

Responses to a quote, estimate, or service inquiry
Real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing
Appointment scheduling and confirmations
Project updates and status notifications

Program Frequency

You can expect to receive approximately 5–10 messages per month based on your project needs. Message frequency may vary depending on the status of your project and your interactions with our team.
