We are calling on high-performance sales leaders ready to lead a 7-person exterior & interior sales team and help take McClellands to the next level.

Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly sales meetings, one-on-ones, and team training
- Enforce follow-up, CRM usage (JobNimbus a plus), and sales minimums
- Track and optimize KPIs (close %, margin %, estimate volume, etc.)
- Oversee estimate accuracy, margin checks, and payout validation
- Collaborate with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and team development
What We Expect:
- Sales management experience in exterior & interior construction or roofing
- Strong leadership with structure, standards, and swagger
- High-level CRM + pipeline expertise (JobNimbus a plus)
- Ability to train, discipline, and inspire a sales team
