Willy Wade came out to do an estimate for me on some chimney pointing. Very professional, the best part was he was very up front and honest with what he could and could not do. But what he did do shocked me, I had the cap off of my chimney blow off during a storm a month back and even though he had to steer me in a different direction with the issue he came out for, he put the cap back on for free!!! I will be calling Willy back for some work in the near future.

Reached out to McClellands to fix flashing and a gutter issue that resulted in a small leak from work done by a roofing company that failed to stand behind their work and wouldn't call me back. The initial appointment process was very easy with great follow up and details as to what to expect. My job was quoted and scheduled within a reasonable timeframe and the crew came out on time to complete the fixes. The work was minimal and completed within at least an hour. The team was courteous, treated my property with great care and explained what they found and what the plan was to correct it. The payment process was simple as well and I have not had any issues with my gutter or flashing since the work was completed.

Fantastic experience with McClelland’s from booking to completion. Brett came out quickly to provide the quote, he walked me through different options and helped me decide on the right gutter solution for my house. For the job, Justin and Dustin came out to install the gutters and cap my fascia - they did an incredible job with everything and explained all the details to me. If I needed gutters again, I would want Justin and Dustin on the job, great guys. Rob was my project manager and Willy my first contact with McClellands. Both were great to work with. They answered my many many questions and addressed all my concerns about everything! Lol! They both were very patient. My roof is looking beautiful! They removed a chimney and put gutter guards in all the gutters and replaced some missing siding on the dormer. They also addressed some ventilation issues with the dormer. So I should be in good shape for a long while! I also want to leave a shout out to the hard-working crew of 7 men that worked from 7:00 in the morning till after 8:00 at night making the place look great! They cleaned up the yard around the house and made sure my dog had a path cleared without nails to go out. They only stopped for lunch and they were polite and hard working. Great job! I would add be sure you understand the terminology and know exactly what you want. Ask if you don't understand or even if you think you do.

We recently had Mccllelands replace our old shutters and fascia on the one side of the house in Beaver, PA. They were very professional from the start, communication was great and the price of the job was more than reasonable. I even ordered the wrong size shutters for the one window so the day they came in I text Devin to let him know and he had a crew out the next day to have them put in. The roofers did a very good job in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the work they did on my garage and shed. They cleaned up the property very nicely. Robert Stevens made sure I was updated on everything before the job start date and during the roof replacement. Robert was very kind, caring and informative.
