1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in rescheduling delays.

Estimates: All estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. An estimate is not a binding contract until a formal agreement is signed by both parties.

3. TEXT MESSAGING & MOBILE CONSENT (SMS POLICY) (This section includes the mandatory language required by mobile carriers) By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from McClellands Contracting and Roofing LLC regarding your account, service updates, appointment reminders, or promotional offers.
