McClellands Contracting & Roofing is looking for a problem-solving, self-sufficient, solution-oriented Roofing Repair Tech to join our top-rated team. We’ve built our name on quality—and we need someone who can represent that in the field without needing to be micromanaged.
About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who can be trusted to assess, diagnose, and resolve roofing issues independently. You should take pride in your work, know how to figure things out on your own, and still be teachable, coachable, and willing to learn new methods.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair leaks and minor roof damage with confidence
- Work with asphalt shingles, flat roofs, flashing, and ventilation
- Handle service calls, storm damage, and warranty work
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Work safely and keep job sites clean
- Properly document work through detailed notes and photos
- Use CRM and scheduling tools to manage your work (training provided if needed)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong working knowledge of roofing repairs—shingles, flat roofs, flashing, etc.
- Experience with soffit, fascia, siding, and gutters is a plus
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Proof of prior work experience required
- Must own hand tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable working at heights and on various roof types

Our Oakdale office acts as the central communication hub for our three divisions, ensuring smooth operations, reliable customer service, and efficient scheduling across the board.
We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Office Administrator & Scheduler to join our administrative team. This role is essential to keeping our internal teams and client communications running smoothly—while directly supporting our high-performing sales division with accurate calendar coordination, CRM updates, and digital lead management.

Responsibilities:

Serving as the first point of contact for customer and internal communication

Answering inbound calls and emails professionally, routing as needed

Scheduling new customer appointments and coordinating multiple dynamic calendars

Managing incoming leads from digital platforms (Google Forms, WhatConverts)

Maintaining accurate records in our CRM (JobNimbus experience is a plus)

Tracking and recording referral sources for all new leads and clients

Creating and optimizing sales team routes for efficiency

Generating internal reports for full replacement projects

Participating in both team and company-wide meetings
What We Expect:

Prior administrative experience—preferably in construction, roofing, or remodeling

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel/Word, Gmail, and CRM platforms

Experience with multi-line phone systems

Familiarity with scheduling software and route optimization tools a plus

Bonus: Knowledge of roofing and remodeling terminology
