We contracted with this company to replace our roof, windows, and front door this year, and overall we're very happy with the quality of the work.Our salesman, Brett, was fantastic. His customer service was truly exceptional. He patiently and professionally answered our many questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and made us feel confident in our decision. We were incredibly disappointed to learn that he was no longer with the company. Unfortunately, we weren't notified of his departure, and after leaving several messages for him over a two-week period, we experienced a lack of communication before finding out he had left. Brett, if you happen to see this, thank you—you did an amazing job and were a big reason we chose this contractor.Nik and his roofing crew replaced our roof in a single day, even after encountering unexpected issues during the installation. Their professionalism and efficiency were impressive.Noah was an absolute pleasure to work with during the window and front door installation. We truly appreciated his knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail throughout the process.My only remaining concern was with the billing process. We received the final invoice and were expected to pay it promptly even though the project was not yet 100% complete. While we did make the payment, requesting final payment before all work was finished felt unprofessional and could be handled better. Improving communication and waiting until the project is fully complete before issuing the final invoice would make for a much better customer experience.

Incredibly pleased with our 4th project done by McClellands Contracting and Roofing. This project involved replacing all the 5 inch gutters on the house with 6 inch gutters. Original gutters in many cases not pitched correctly so we had either standing water or ice in the gutters. The PM Dustin and his crew of Dave, Eli and Aaron were phenomenal. They were very meticulous throughout the installation to include replacing rotting fascia boards. They kept the job site clean, picked up, and even verified were we satisfied with their final cleanup. Highly recommend McClellands for all your roofing and gutter needs.
