I have to admit that I’m not easily impressed when it comes to home repairs, but surprisingly today I was. McClellands roofing & contracting company was quick to respond and very professional. T.J. Came out today to assess my dilemma. He was prompt, jovial, knowledgeable and did a great job repairing my roof. I would not hesitate to call them again. If you don’t give them a try, your loss. I have to say that this was the right choice for a home remodeling contractor! We found this company on Google, read all of the great reviews, received a great estimate and are so happy we went with them. We had dated columns separating our front Hall from living room and wanted something more contemporary. We had a design to go by and Jesse, the project manager, came to our home and explained in detail, what needed done. This project took a little over 3 days to complete, but the craftsmanship, detail and woodworking that went into it was well worth the time! Jesse and his team, especially Josh and Lowell, carefully measured every detail precisely and our new room dividers look amazing. After work was completed, they did an incredible job of cleaning up as well as at the end of each day. Thank you for doing such an amazing job, and we are hoping to work with you all again.

We had McClellands Interior complete our kitchen backsplash. They removed our old, replaced the drywall, and installed a new backsplash. They were prompt, efficient and communicate well. The installers were courteous and patient with our pets/kids. There work is professional and well done. I would highly recommend them for your next renovation project big or small.

With the severe rain we’ve been having, we had a small leak coming from our roof into our second floor bathroom ceiling. We called McClellands Contracting And Roofing. They came out and made the repair needed and we couldn’t be more grateful!!!! I highly recommend them if you have need for a roof repair of any sort, large or small!!!

We recently had a new roof put on by McClellands Contracting and Roofing. From the salesman to the end of the project, we couldn’t be more pleased. The team of workers did an excellent job. We feel they went above and beyond our expectations. We were very impressed with how hard they worked together as a group. They were extremely efficient and very conscientious, making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. They cleaned up every piece of debris from around our house. When they left, there were no signs that they were ever here. Except, of course, the beautiful new roof! We highly recommend this company.

Absolute fantastic company to work with. It honestly is rare to find a company in this day and age that truly cares about customer service and satisfaction. McClellands exceeded all expectations I had when I was in need of a roof. First off, I received the best customer service calling into their office thanks to Amanda. Second off, Brock personally came to my house to inspect and quote my roof. Out of the companies that quoted my job, Brock was the only one who actually took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof from inside my attic and physically walk my roof. Brock took his time and explained how my old roof was not properly ventilated based on his thorough inspection. I felt like Brock was treating my roof quote as if it were his own home. After the initial inspection, Brock and the office staff were very responsive to my follow up questions via email and over the phone. On the day of my roof replacement, Vince’s team even further exceeded expectations. Vince checked in with me throughout the day while I was at work and kept me informed of the progress they were making. My roof was done so fast and Vince went out of his way to make it back to my house once I came home from work to walk around my house and answer any last questions I may have had. Even at the end of the day, Vince was in no rush to leave until he filled me in on everything that his team did and I had no further questions to ask. We recently had our roof and gutters replaced by McClellands and our experience was outstanding. While we were already scheduled for our roof replacement, we began experiencing leaks due to the heavy rains in April. We reached out to McClellands and they didn’t hesitate to help. Vince and Nick arrived at our home that same day, braving the rain to temporarily patch our roof—and they wouldn't even accept any payment for their efforts. When it came time for the actual roof and gutter installation, the process was flawless. The team was incredibly hardworking, efficient, and meticulous about every detail. Despite the challenging tight spaces between homes in our city neighborhood, they navigated the area seamlessly. Special shoutouts to Bob, Rob, and Vince, who kept us constantly updated with progress, ensuring we were well-informed every step of the way. Throughout the process, whenever we needed additional information or assistance, Jacki and Amanda in the office were always responsive and ready to help. It’s clear that McClellands truly stands behind their work, and their wide range of services means we look forward to working with this exceptional team again!

It's no wonder why McClellands has a 5-star rating. Nathan came on site to do my initial assessment and quote; as a first-time homeowner, it didn't register that scheduling a roof repair in the spring would mean I'd have to wait a couple months to get the work complete. That said, Nathan put a note on my account to get me in asap since I had a leak. Fortunately, Dan and Jake were able to do the fix just a few short weeks later (so much sooner than the initial quoted time frame). They were friendly, professional, and prompt. Overall cost was fair, coming in right around average of the other companies that also provided me quotes. Highly recommend McClellands!

My Wife and I had our roof and gutters replaced by McClellands and we couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out. When I had a roof issue and it was apparent it needed a new roof I called McClellands based off of their reviews and I'm glad I did. Brock came out, was professional, answered all my questions , and gave a reasonable quote. When calling the office Amanda addressed additional questions before the project started and my experience with her was equally positive. The day of the project Rob came out with his crew and they were equally professional. After pulling up all my shingles it was obvious the roof decking needed replaced and they ended up managing that extra task and getting the entire roof (plus an associated masonry job!) completed in one day!! They just completed the job but based on their reputation I don't forsee any problems with the roof, but know they stand by their work if there ever would be an issue. The other reviews are true. If you're looking for a professional, straightforward, and skilled roofing company go with McClellands. Very pleased with Brock, Rob, Amanda, and the entire crew. Thank you!
