Jacki Cannizzaro, the Chief Operating Officer of McClellands Contracting and Roofing, has 12 years of experience in roofing and exterior remodeling. Her expertise spans the entire process, from scheduling new customer appointments to overseeing production through invoicing and customer satisfaction. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company and focuses on enhancing workflows and communication across various departments and divisions.

On a personal note, Jacki enjoys spending time with her family, including her two boys, and holds a degree as a Registered Nurse.

Amanda Boyd is an accomplished Executive Assistant at McClellands Contracting and Roofing, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to her role. Since joining the company in July 2023, Amanda has demonstrated exceptional versatility and commitment, progressing through various positions including Administrative Scheduler, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and Exterior Quality Assurance Manager. In her current capacity, she provides comprehensive support to the executive team, ensuring seamless operations and contributing significantly to the company’s success.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Amanda enjoys hiking and camping adventures with her boyfriend. She cherishes quality time with her children and takes great joy in being a grandmother to her adorable grandson.

Peter A. Couper is a dedicated leader with extensive experience in ministry and software testing. From October 2016 to June 2023, Peter served at Heart of the Father Ministries in Rush City, Minnesota, where he focused on establishing and unifying relationships, pursuing revival, and maintaining office management and financial accountability. He also led missionary assignments to East Central Africa, providing training to pastors and leaders in Tanzania and India.

He played a foundational role at breakthrough ministries in Apple Valley, Minnesota where he served from September of 2009 to August of 2017. He oversaw operational sustainability, promoted transformation, and discipleship for one of Minnesota's largest homeless ministries by laying a strong foundation which helped the ministry grow promoting transformation and discipleship emphasizing street evangelism and outreach to the homeless.
Peter also co-founded Breakthrough Ministries in Apple Valley, where he served from September 2009 to August 2017. He oversaw operational sustainability, promoted transformation and discipleship, and emphasized street evangelism and outreach to the homeless.

In addition to his ministry work, Peter has significant experience in software testing at Digital Technology International in Roseville, Minnesota. He evaluated and tested software programs to verify that they functioned according to specifications and standards. Peter created and maintained test plans, monitored day-to-day operations, and provided work direction to the Circulation QA team. He also trained internal staff on new functionality and features for online systems.
Peter holds a BA in Leadership in Ministry from Ohio Christian University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and an AAS in Information Management Systems from Dunwoody College of Technology. He has been involved in various communication and leadership roles, including church planting, revivalist work, and conference speaking.

At McClellands Contracting and Roofing, Pete is guided by our T.I.E.D. values—Teamwork, Integrity, Excellence, and Discipline—he oversees interior operations, scheduling, and quality control, ensuring every step of the renovation process runs smoothly. He works closely with Interior Project Managers, Estimators, and a trusted network of licensed tradesmen to provide a seamless, professional experience from consultation to final walkthrough.

Nick Slattery brings 15 years of comprehensive experience in both residential and commercial interior and exterior construction to his role as Interior/Exterior Operations Manager at McClellands Contracting and Roofing. A skilled carpenter by trade, Nick oversees the daily operations of the production teams, ensuring seamless project execution.

His primary focus is maintaining the company's high standards in customer communication, scheduling, craftsmanship, and overall quality. Nick plays a crucial role in driving McClellands’ commitment to providing 5-star service.
Beyond his professional life, Nick enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter. He also has a passion for traveling the country and exploring various collectible items.

Sam is the Marketing Manager at McClellands Contracting & Roofing, bringing nearly a decade of diverse marketing experience to the role. With over nine years in the industry—including two years in the contracting and roofing space and a previous background in pharmaceutical marketing—Sam offers a unique blend of strategy, design, and data-driven execution.
Known for a hands-on approach and creative mindset, Sam oversees everything from campaign development and branding to digital performance, vendor coordination, and budget planning. With a deep background in graphic design and fluency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, JobNimbus, Google Workspace, and more, they ensure McClellands’ messaging stays sharp, aligned, and impactful—across every channel.
Whether managing creative projects, optimizing campaigns, or building marketing systems that fuel company growth, Sam is focused on keeping McClellands top-of-mind with the customers who matter most.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys traveling with his wife, trying new restaurants, exploring entertainment, and seeking out new adventures.

Todd Biagi brings a unique set of skills into the scheduling process at McClellands. With previous experience in the roofing industry from sales to scheduling as well as project management. He knows the process from start to finish. Building trust and knowledge from initial interaction with customers to connecting jobs that come in with the best representative to insure the most optimal solutions for project needs.

His primary focus is on customer needs, and speed to having a representative available for an in person appointment.

Beyond his professional life, Todd enjoys spending time with wife and daughter. He also has a passion for horror movies and competitive axe throwing.
